The former Institutions Building and now Building of Friendship between Greece and Bosnia and Herzegovina, is a significant landmark of the town of Sarajevo, as during the civil war was a hostility symbol. The building was reconstructed and rehabilitated with a total budget of 17.000.000 Euros, co-financed at a percentage of 80% by the Greek Government within the framework of HiPERB. The construction duration was twenty months (September 2005-May 2007).
Our company provided technical consultancy services and support towards the Greek Government for the evaluation of the official proposal of Bosnia-Herzegovina, checked the technical and financial data of the project (design quality and completeness, unit prices-quantities-budget, material quality and specs etc.), checked and revised the tender documentation, attended all tender procedures and evaluated technically and financially the proposals and after the contract signing provided checking services for all project elements, such as qualitative characteristics of materials and works specifications, cash flow control, time schedule control etc.
The building now hosts the Council of Ministers of the Federal Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina and has been constructed with the most contemporary technical specifications and materials.

Each typical floor has an area of 870m2, each ground floor is approximately 1400m2 and each basement 2300m2. The total height of the building, including the mechanical floor, is 83.00m.
