Facilities for wastewater processing and disposing in Thriasio Pedio, serving the municipalities of Aspropirgos, Mandra, Magoula and the industrial areas of the region (equivalent habitats 117.000).

The wastewater treatment follows the following stages: Preliminary treatment (sand removal), first phase sedimentation, biological treatment, uv treatment, final sedimentation, sludge thickening and storage.
